Question:  What kind of services do you provide to your clients?

Answer:  The services Truecare Homecare provides are nursing services, personal care services, companion/Sitter services and other health services.  Our services are designed to provide assistance to the elderly and disabled with those activities they need at home and to maintain their independence with dignity and respect instead of being in the hospital or facility.   Depending on the need of our client, our services consist of medication and fluids remainder, grooming and bathing assistance, running errands, fall prevention and light housekeeping.

Question:  How quickly can home care services be provided if needed for a family member?

Answer:   Generally, we can meet with you to find out you needs and work with you and your case work to develop a care plan and start the care with 48-hours.  However, we often can start the service the same day.

Question:  What does “aging in place “means?

Answer:  Aging in place refers to the ability of a person to grow old in their own home or home of a family member.  It is the opposite of the institutional facility like nursing home or hospital.  Sometimes it may mean the ability to stay in an assisted living facility with extra help.

Question:  Do you provide services in assisted living facility?

Answer:   Yes.  People sometimes realize that the assistant living facility is not sufficient to enable their family member to remain independent.   In such cases, Truecare provides a qualified caregiver based on your individual needs to make your loved one independent.  In some states, you are allowed to hire private help in an assistant living facility or nursing home.

Question:  I want to start care for my family.  How do I start care service with Truecare?

Answer:   Call our office at 404-468 -1145 to  schedule an in home visit.  We will have our staff come to your home and conduct a free , no obligation assessment.   We will then,  with your permission,  identify caregivers who have the skills, personality and availability to assist you.   You will then be able to meet the caregiver and if approved, will begin working for you.

Question:  If I have an appointment to keep, Can I change the schedule with you?

Answer:   Yes, with proper notice usually we can accommodate your request. Our goal is to set schedules to accommodate your family.  You and your family are our first priority; so your needs, your request and schedules comes first.  Therefore, we will do anything and everything possible to ensure the schedule you want is the schedule that we give you and work with you on.
